At HellermannTyton, we are always looking for the best ways to provide support and protection to our staff and customers. When looking extensively into other thermal imaging options we found that most available were only designed to detect generic heat signatures with a minimal degree of accuracy and without temperature or facial recognition. The 'Guide fever-detection system' that Anomaly Group has provided has been designed to identify those with an elevated core-temperature on point of entry to our offices, create an alert and relay the identity of an individual immediately to management. The camera detects multiple faces simultaneously, giving us confidence that as staff arrives each morning, we are able to monitor them efficiently and accurately. The team from Anomaly was on-site to install the system within days of ordering. The install took less than two hours and the ongoing support from Anomaly has been fantastic.

Since our school was 'closed' in March we've been very concerned about how to prevent COVID-19. When Anomaly mentioned the fever testing unit, we thought we'd give it a try. This unit is easy to use and charge and does not give false readings. It also has a tripod which is easy to set up. The unit can detect a high body temperature in less than 1 second, giving us the confidence that no child enters the building with a high temperature and helping us to stop the spread of the virus. The unit also protects anyone else who is entering our school, making staff and parents more relaxed and improving our public perception of safety.

It has been a pleasure to work alongside the company Anomaly Interactive Limited during this very difficult time. They have assisted the school greatly and the acquisition of the fever detection system will assist us greatly with our reopening. I believe that this extra measure, which we are able to put in place, will assist the school with the task of reopening for our Check in, Catch Up, Prepare for summer and September and should be an additional factor that will build confidence with our school community about a return to school. Having seen and used the system now, it’s ease of use, unobtrusiveness and accuracy is a major factor in our decision of acquiring this system.
