REVOLUTIONARY
The Technology
The IR36 deploys advanced camera focussing technology, which enables five simultaneous temperature readings to be taken of each person. Artificial intelligence algorithms are then utilised in real time to produce a comparative core temperature reading. It delivers unrivalled accuracy with a genuine range of ±0.3°C. Other systems rely on a single skin temperature reading.
Achieving accurate readings on multiple people at walking pace is challenging. The IR36 Artificial Intelligence enhanced system to overcome the inaccuracies that occur when relying on a single skin temperature reading. The algorithms allow the multiple readings of each person to be mapped against a data bank of 10’s of thousands of actual skin and core temperature readings.
THE PRODUCT
IR36 Fever Detection System
The IR36 uniquely addresses the two issues which affect overall accuracy on remote systems:
Market Leading Accuracy
By taking multiple readings across each individual’s forehead it ensures there is sufficient pixel concentration to produce accurate skin temperature readings. Other systems relying on a single defined focal point can give false readings from insufficient pixels due to difficult camera angles.
Advanced Artificial Intelligence
By using Artificial Intelligence algorithms to provide a comparative assessment of each individuals core temperature, the system restricts false positives and negatives arising from the multitude of external factors which impact systems relying on a single skin temperature reading.
EXPERIENCE
You have Full Control
Camera head that can be stand, ceiling or wall mounted. The system includes a Blackbody, a device that emits a static temperature which the infra-red thermal camera sensor uses to calibrate the system. A separate PC and monitor allow remote monitoring.
EASY TO USE
The system takes approximately 15 minutes to setup and is simple to operate.
Fine tuning and altering the system and its operating settings is a user-friendly process. Captured data can be reviewed and processed (it has a time variable auto delete to assist GDPR compliance).
THE THERMAL TECHNOLOGY
Advanced Thermal Technology, suited to entrance lobbies and corridors in stable environments.
The optimum wavelength range of an un-cooled Thermal Camera for the detection of body temperature within humans should sit in the region of around 7 µm to 14 µm range, which is referred to as the Long Wavelength Infra-Red (LWIR) range
The Thermal Network Bullet cameras are optimised to use LWIR to deliver accurate results.
