Boarding Schools’ Association, COVID-SAFE Charter
Over the past 2 months Anomaly Group have been supplying various private & public sectors including schools with Infra-Red Thermal Fever Detection screening systems.
On Monday (15th June 2020) the BSA (Boarding Schools’ Association) released a COVID-SAFE Charter. The charter states
“All member schools which have adopted the BSA Covid-Safe Charter confirm that they will comply with all government rules and guidance and will meet the following requirements when boarding reopens”. The charter goes on to advise its members adopting the protocols that at school “Where possible, conduct regular temperature checks of pupils, staff and visitors”.
Having consulted with a number of schools, Anomaly identified the school reception and the school canteen or dining hall entrances as the best strategic positions for carrying out temperature checks of pupils and staff.
